Hoodia Gordonii Guide Disclaimer

The FDA and FTC are strong United States agencies that frequently help prevent fraudulent companies from advertising so as to mislead people. HOWEVER there are many times when government agencies intrusion in to our lives prevents us from getting the help we need and supresses our freedoms as Americans to solve our own problems. For example thousands go through the Internet "illegally" according to our government, to get affordable prescription drugs from Canada - WHY? Because so many cannot afford the prices charged here. Thousands travel every year to Mexico to get alternative treatments for incurable diseases like cancer and tumors. Why? Because some treatments are not "approved" or cannot be "insured" here in the States even though they may have worked for many! SO people do what they have to do, and travel where they have to travel, to solve their problems. Which brings me to Hoodia and my Hoodia Gordonii Guide.

I got excited about Hoodia because it helped ME! Period. But recently I have gotten worried that the FDA or FTC or some other big agency will come down on me for saying anything about weight loss since I don't have scientific proof. I am not a scientist, even though I did try different brands of hoodia to find the ones that worked. Well the FTC prosecuted 4 companies recently for selling diet pills they could not PROVE work and took millions of dollars from them. Keep in mind the FTC did not say the diet pills don't work, but simply that the companies did not spend enough money PROVING they work. So, I want to make sure that everyone is clear on where I stand and what I am saying about hoodia. LISTEN UP!

To the FDA, the FTC, and anyone reading anything I have ever written. I cannot prove hoodia does anything. I cannot prove hoodia makes you lose weight, suppresses your appetite, makes you skinny, increases your metabolism, burns fat or calories, or helps you in any way. If you buy hoodia you do so at your own risk, without any guarantees or promises from me. Your results will vary. Seek advice from your physician before taking any diet pills or starting any weight loss program. Published scientific studies of hoodia proving its effectiveness have not been done by myself. Just because it worked for me doesn't mean I can PROVE it causes weight loss or suppresses appetite. Sorry folks, but this is the only way I feel I can protect myself against these agencies and their litigation practices and techniques.
