Hoodia Facts - compare to drug based diet pills and see the difference
The following are the indisputable FACTS about hoodia as used in the products sold by the approved companies listed on Hoodia Recommendations.
1) Pure Hoodia is 100% All Natural. Hoodia is not a drug. If you buy the right kind it will work. You will eat less, feel full easily, and lose weight.
2) Pure Hoodia is Caffeine, Ephedra and Stimulant free.
3) EVERY clinical case has shown people have been able to reduce their calorie intake by 900 to 1,100 calories daily. This is enough for most people to lose a pound every three-four days.
4) Hoodia has no known side effects, no heart racing like you get from ephedra
5) Helps you lose weight naturally by suppressing appetite and allowing for comfortable normal feeling calorie reduction.
6) There are 13 species of Hoodia which are native to Southern Africa but ONLY ONE variety - the “Gordonii” has the needed natural ingredients for weight loss.
7) If you purchase the cheap imitation products sold by people out of their garage that you see on EBAY, and in the Google and Yahoo ads you will NOT have the results shown on the Personal Diet Results pages. Folks I have been through this over and over - read about the nineteen companies that have sent me Hoodia Gordonii Cactus products to test and how only a couple of them really work.
8) Rats, a species that will eat anything from meat and plants to indigestible fiber, lowered their dietary calorie intake to a degree that made them get thin when fed comparative amounts of hoodia.
9) Hoodia may be the most effective plant ever found for reducing appetite
10) Lab experiments show animals automatically restrict food intake when eating hoodia
11) Hoodia effects the central nervous system by exhibiting powerful feelings for weight control, where changing your behavior reduces caloric intake.
13) The active ingredient called P57 is patented.

I am currently on a Hoodia Gordonii/exercise plan and have been for about a month and a half. In that month and a half, I have lost exactly 25 pounds. I went from 265 pounds down to 240 currently and am still losing. I am 38 years old and about 5 feet and 5 inches tall, and 265 pounds was TOO much for me to carry on my body frame. Not only is my appetite suppressed, but I only eat twice a day (breakfast and dinner) and not much of either. My hoodia regimen, coupled with my daily exercise and fitness routine, have brought me a long way. I have good energy, too; I can go for at least two hours on my treadmill, twice a day. I believed I was destined to die from heart disease, obesity, poor health, and diabetes if I didn’t do something to help myself. I feel so good now and am committed to sticking with my hoodia/exercise regimen. I don’t have to take much hoodia everyday; just three capsules in the morning ( about 1,500 mgs) after a small breakfast, and it lasts me the whole day. I only feel the need to eat because I know my body needs fuel and nutrition from food to function. On the days I don’t take hoodia gordonii, I feel absolutely great! No ill side effects at all. Before all of this, I was eating at least 2,500 to 3,000 calories a day. Now, I think I eat only half of that and maybe less, and I don’t feel starved and greedy like I used to. I have energy and stamina also to keep up with my exercising and fitness routine. Maybe one day I can be down to my target weight (160 to 170 pounds), but until then I’ll definitely keep doing what I’m doing. I never fathomed I’d get, from hoodia, the energy I need to exercise.
