Hoodia brand and type comparisons? In my opinion the Desert Burn is the absolute strongest. They have also been doing this for over three years, so it is a proven product. Keep in mind that the capsules from Desert Burn can be opened and the contents poured out into liquids if the capsules are too big for you to swallow. Hoodia liquid is nice because it is easier to swallow by mixing with fluids, it is easier to digest, goes to work faster, and you have greater flexibility in dosage. If you want the CLOSEST thing to what the Sans Bushmen use however the dried hoodia found in the pure hoodia capsules is best. The liquid is technically an extract and therefore not normally recommended, however this Hoodithin is an exception as it does work. For those who cannot ingest pills this is the best alternative to doing nothing.

I have not read whether or not hoodia affects a drug test. If a company performs random drug tests then I would suggest not taking hoodia. Read about Food and Eating Strategies

Hi there!!
I am from South East Asia and I came accross your really helpful website. I chose to purchase HoodiaRush as they do International Delivery. As you mentioned, the company is very good and efficient, I actually faced some problems while i was purchasing the Hoodia pills (i wrongly ordered twice) and their Customer Service Support is quick to respond to my problem.
Now, I am taking their newly improved 1000mgs capsules. I only take one capsule in the morning to last me throughout the day. However, although I have been consuming one meal a day, I dont really feel the effects. The only thing i noticed is that I just feel full faster when I have my meals (usually in the afternoons). I have gastric and sometimes in the evenings the hunger pangs and gastric pains are there and I choose to ignore them. I have been consuming sufficient water (like what you recommended to all Hoodia users).
Now my question is, should i be consuming a higher dosage? If yes, how much more should I increase my dosage? And when do you recommend I take it? 2 pills in the morning? And then 2 pills later on in the evening?? I read your Hoodia 84 Day Diary and I noticed that you took up to 4000mgs of dosage!! I have spent so much money (it is expensive in my currency) to purchase 8 boxes (30 pills per box) and I am hoping that this will really work. It is now my 9th day and I don’t feel much different. Like you, I too have also been keeping a Hoodia diary. I am currently 140 pounds and i intend to reach my ideal weight of 110 pounds. Please, please help me as I would like to also see the results like you!!

Please remember Hoodia is very subtle. It is not a club you over the head drug and so the whole idea of a natural herbal solution to weight loss is to NOT feel much. You will experience a loss of appetite from reducing your caloric intake and eating less. I do recommend you try TWO pills daily though for a total of 2,000 mg if you are experiencing a strong desire to eat. If you are down to one meal a day you will lose the 30 pounds but it may take 90 days. Be patient this can be a permanent solution for you.
